Call me a freak

First of all, the title says it all! It gets my nerves when things are not organized in a certain way.
I get really frustrated because I expect things to be organized in a certain way.
Is it a strength or a weakness about me? Here is what I think..

It is a strength because...
1. Being organized keeps my plans on schedule, I tend to plan out what to do/ eat for the week. It allows me to keep focused on my work.
2. Since I always write down my To-do list/ Grocery list, I never forget a single thing that I planned.
3. Keeping everything in place allow me to perform tasks easily. I can always easily asses my information quickly and carry out my work efficiently.

It is a weakness because...
1. Since I have such high expectation in myself, I tend to be really impatient with people that are not motivated.
2. I become really demanding when it comes to completing my tasks, it tends to make people feel uncomfortable.
3. Keeping everything well planned is a good thing, but what if things go out of place? For example: having an emergency.

                                                                  Lesson 2:
 As I look up strength and weakness on Wikipedia, I tend to be in between of being an analytical and driver person. At the end, in order to apply to my career, it is great to be organized but a note to myself is: Try not to be too demanding and focused on "doing it my way".
